The School of Social and Community Medicine seeks applications from outstanding and highly motivated science graduates, with good honours or Masters degrees in relevant disciplines. Prestigious “University of Bristol Postgraduate Research Scholarships” and Medical Research Council Studentships are available to cover tuition fees, and provide a maintenance stipend of £13,590.
Projects in statistics, epidemiology, primary health care, psychiatry, psychology, community child & adolescent health, ethics in medicine, economics, human genetics/genetic epidemiology, bioinformatics, econometrics or sociology, applied to public health, medical and/or clinical issues are encouraged.
