
Applications are invited for the Autumn 2010 intake for the University of Cambridge 4-year PhD programme in Cardiovascular Research, funded by the British Heart Foundation.This programme faculty comprises 41 world-leading researchers from the Schools of Medicine and Biological Sciences, the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute and the Institute of Public Health who combine expertise in Vascular Biology, Stem Cell and Developmental Biology, and Population Health and Genomics.
Applicants will require a 2:1 degree or higher in a related biological or quantitative subject. Support includes a stipend (currently £17,442, rising to £18,314 and £19,230 for Years 3-4), PhD registration fees at UK/EU student rate, research expenses and some travel costs.
