About the Project

The project aims at understanding crucial tradeoffs in the economics of storage (localized storage vs centralized, transportation, generation, etc.) from a theoretical point of view and to integrate such knowledge into a model of the energy system to determine the optimal nature, and size of potential storage. Furthermore, one of the aims is to investigate the impact of different policy measures on innovation activity in Hydrogen storage.
