About the Project

The theoretical particle physics group at Royal Holloway is involved in research focussed on collider phenomenology and astro-particle physics. The collider activity involves developing a precise understanding of Standard Model reaction rates at the LHC, Higgs characterisation, Beyond-the-SM (BSM) physics searches and precision calculations. The astro-particle physics activity includes model building in BSM theories, dark matter model building and phenomenology, early universe cosmology including searching for explanations for the matter-antimatter asymmetry of the Universe, aspects of black hole physics, and the origin of neutrino masses.

General information about the RHUL Centre for Particle Physics is available from the website http://www.rhul.ac.uk/physics/research/particlephysics/centreforparticlephysics.aspx.
