  Robust analysis of lifetime decay of label free autofluorescence signatures from 2 photon microscopy

The purpose of the work is to develop novel chemometric (statistical signal processing) routines. MATLAB models of lifetime will be developed in state space and system identification routines will be adopted to de-embed the associated lifetimes of the target molecules using statistically robust criteria.
