NDORMS 2019/1. Missing data is ubiquitous in longitudinal cohort studies with repeated follow-up timepoints. Missing data is defined as being “intermittent” in which a missing value is followed by an observed value in a sequential timepoint.
This project aims at leveraging and further developing the state-of-the-art in computer vision and machine learning to assist in the analysis of the large quantity of observational data gathered in astrophysics research.
