This project will investigate how manufacturing organisations incorporating Digital Technologies, specifically the efficiency and effectiveness of cross-functional working in the matrix structure, can be applied to “real time” working situations through the creation of true synchronous data and worker interface.
The project intends to uncover the aspects of organisational behaviour and explore its implication on employee creativity. This PhD project will investigate the dark side of organisational behaviours that may have significant negative impact on employees and suffocate their creativity.
