This project will construct an underpinning legal framework to facilitate the management of satellites in Low Earth Orbit (LEO). It will encompass a detailed examination and critique of the extant legal framework regulating satellites in LEO.
This PhD is a CASE award funded equally by EPSRC and industrial sponsor QinetiQ. Background. Until recently the use of the region of the RF spectrum termed ‘sub-millimetre wave’ (300 to 1000 GHz) has received little attention.
