Ca2+ oscillations and Egg Activation in Mammalian Eggs

At fertilization in mammalian eggs the sperm triggers a series of oscillations in the concentration of intracellular Ca2+. This project will examine the mechanism and role of these Ca2+ oscillations in stimulating embryo development. Read more
