Clinical academics at the University of Oxford have developed and evaluated two digitally augmented psychological therapies that have been recommended in a recent NICE Early Value Assessment for online treatments for child and adolescent anxiety and low mood. Many tools to assess mental health were developed based on behaviours and feelings in white western populations. 18% of the UK population belong to Black, Asian, mixed, or other ethnic groups, and more than 80% of people who have mental health disorders live in a low- or middle-income country. Do experiences in Virtual Reality change body perception and satisfaction, in individuals with and without eating disorders

Congenital heart disease (CHD) affects 1/110 births, causes 220,000 deaths/year and affects 13+ million worldwide. The aetiology of CHD is complex, with evidence of both genetic and environmental causes, and identifying sub-phenotypes of CHD remains challenging. Read more
