The Centre for Genomic Regulation (CRG) is an international biomedical research institute in Barcelona, a leading interdisciplinary centre at the forefront of life sciences.

Since its establishment in the year 2000, the CRG International PhD Programme has been a cornerstone of excellence, offering fully-funded 4-year fellowships within an exceptionally vibrant scientific environment.

Research at the CRG embraces a wide spectrum of disciplines including computational biology and health genomics, genome biology, quantitative cell biology, systems and synthetic biology, and single cell genomics. Each PhD student is granted the opportunity to conduct their research project within an internationally leading laboratory, complemented by our cutting-edge core technologies and an extensive training portfolio. The meticulously designed PhD program fosters the growth of essential skills, equipping every student to develop into an independent and accomplished scientist.
