The course, established in 2016, works on an international context involving 4 universities:
UCSC: i-LAMP research Center and Department of Mathematics and Physics, Brescia (Italy)
ND: Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, South Bend, Indiana (USA)
KU Leuven: Department of Physics and Astronomy, Leuven (Belgium)
PUC: Department of Physics, Santiago del Chile (Chile)
Access to the facilities of each institution is granted by the Program co-tutoring scheme.

Applications for the selection procedure will be considered from candidates of all ages and nationalities who have an university degree at the master level (see the call for details).
Each position is supported by a scholarships that varies depending on the financing institution.
Incoming foreign students will be helped by the secretariat to find a temporary or permanent accommodation in the work location. The School will also provide the necessary information about how to get the VISA and permit of stay.
