MRC Doctoral Training Partnership (DTP) CASE Studentships

MRC Doctoral Training Partnership (DTP) CASE Studentships

The University of Manchester is one of the largest and most successful centres for biological, medical and health focused research and training in Europe.

Our MRC DTP scheme represents flagship PhD training aimed at developing the next generation of outstanding researchers across the medical and health sciences.

DTP postgraduate researchers play pivotal roles in the scientific outputs and health interventions of their host groups, and benefit from wider career enhancing activities such as placements, public engagement opportunities and networking events.

Our fully funded MRC DTP CASE studentships are linked to an industrial partner and offer postgraduate researchers enhanced training via placement and additional support.

Projects starting in October 2024 are now live and are open for applications from UK national, home candidates until 13 May 2024.
