The University of Sydney Business School is looking for outstanding PhD candidates across its 10 research areas:

To be eligible for the position, applicants must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, excellent academic qualifications, and a proven research track record.

The University of Sydney Business School

The PhD program

The program is a 4-year degree that provides students with world-class training through extensive coursework and personalised supervision. Throughout the degree, students are encouraged to develop their research skills to address the most pressing business problems facing society.

The scholarships

We offer multiple 4-year scholarships that cover both tuition fees and a living stipend of $35k per annum. In addition to this stipend, scholarship recipients will have an opportunity to receive an additional sum, normally $10k per annum, in return for carrying out specific teaching duties.

How to apply

To be considered for a scholarship, submit an online application for course candidature. Indicate where prompted that you wish to be considered for the Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarship. Consideration for the Business School Research Scholarship will be automatic. Applications must be submitted by 30 September 2019.
