The Faculty of Health Sciences at the University is staffed with outstanding researchers recruited from all over the world and equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.
The Faculty of Health Sciences is now admitting PhD students to the Biomedical Sciences programme for the 2019/2020 academic year. The Faculty of Health Sciences is a regional leading research hub of biomedical sciences with particular focuses on cancer research as well as research in reproduction, development and aging. In the coming academic year, the Faculty of Health Sciences has PhD positions for a wide range of research projects, including aging, bioinformatics, cancer, cell cycle, development, epigenetics, genomics, metabolic diseases, pharmacology, proteomics, stem cells, systems biology, transgenics and translational research. The curriculum and research trainings well equip the students with excellent all-round competence in becoming outstanding research scientists in biomedical sciences.
All admitted students will register in mid-August 2019. Applicants must hold a bachelor or master degree in relevant areas of biological and biomedical sciences. Applicants with bachelor degree from reputable universities (e.g., the universities or disciplines under the “Double First-Class” University Project in China) will be an advantage.
