We are looking for an imaginative and enthusiastic student to undertake a PhD study examining one of the following research areas:
The PhD studentship will be funded by the Rosalind Driver Scholarship Fund at the School of Education, Communication and Society, King’s College London. The Fund was set-up in honour of Professor Driver’s research concerning students’ ideas in science, carried out at Leeds University and King’s College London.
The Fund will provide a studentship (a stipend of £20,000 pa for three years) and tuition fees for the successful applicant at the home fee level (although International applicants are welcome).
The successful applicant will become a member of the Centre for Research in Education in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (CRESTEM) and be supervised by CRESTEM staff. The studentship will be based at King’s Waterloo campus but may involve travel to fieldwork sites.
