The Singapore International Graduate Award (SINGA) is offered to exemplary international students seeking a diverse and well-connected environment to pursue their PhD education.

Singapore’s strategic location and forward-thinking vision towards research and innovation will give you the opportunity to collaborate with distinguished and world-renowned researchers. With over 20 A*STAR Research Institutes, students will get an access to be mentored by illustrious researchers, industry experts in the field and establish global links through SINGA.

The award is a collaboration between A*STAR, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore Management University (SMU) and Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD).

PhD training will be carried out in English with state-of-the-art facilities in your chosen lab at the A*STAR Research Institutes, NTU, NUS, SMU or SUTD, with your PhD degree conferred by one of the four universities.
