The School of Pharmacy

The School of Pharmacy at Monash University Malaysia is a global leader in pharmacy and pharmaceutical science. It is part of the Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences at Monash University that consistently ranks among the top three Pharmacy faculties globally. We are also part of a strong network of research institutes and centres such as Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (MIPS), Centre of Medical Use and Safety (CMUS) and MUM Microbiome Research Centre (M3RC) that are committed to advancing drug discovery and design, improve disease management and drug safety, as well as understanding the interaction of the microbiome with diet, medication and diseases. The school has established multiple partnerships with industry, government and non-government agencies to enhance its research capabilities and provide students with valuable industry exposure.

Through research, we aim to provide informed solutions to the most pressing health challenges in Malaysia and beyond. Our research is driven by a commitment to innovation and collaboration, aiming to develop life-saving drug discoveries, disease prevention strategies, as well as impactful health policy advancement.
