Profile Description

PhD Studentships in Computer Science and Informatics Available From 1 October 2020

The Knowledge Media Institute (KMi) and School of Computing & Communications (C&C) invite applications for three full-time PhD studentships starting on 1 October 2020. Project proposals are sought in the following areas:

• Artificial Intelligence
• Data Science
• Human-Centred Computing
• Mobile Communications
• Software Engineering

These studentships are for three years and cover fees, a stipend (£15,009 per annum) and an annual research allowance. The successful candidates will be based at The Open University's campus in Milton Keynes, which combines a friendly and flexible working environment with exceptional research and computing facilities.
