CRESR has a strong commitment to academically rich, applied policy research which provides a particularly enriching research environment for postgraduate scholars, providing detailed day-to-day insights to the world of policy and practice through an academic lens. CRESR PhD researchers are supervised by leading academics with extensive experience of undertaking high quality research and academic scholarship.
81% of CRESR's research submitted to the 2014 REF was rated at least internationally excellent.
We have an active seminar programme with speakers from across the UK, as well as a free to access journal People, Place and Policy Online which draws readers from around the world.
