About the Project

This project involves the development of fundamental algorithms for Bayesian Neuromorphic computation, as well as nanoscale emerging memristive devices that are ideally suited for implementing them. We will also consider baseline implementations in FPGA platforms. We are especially interested in students with a background in at least one of the following topics: ML algorithms, Bayesian statistics, nanoscale device fabrication, or FPGA programming. This will be an interdisciplinary project with the opportunity to work with other top professors at King’s while being part of a very collaborative, interdisciplinary, and friendly research group.

Application Procedure

To be considered for the position candidates must apply for Engineering PhD via King’s Apply online application system and send their CV directly to Dr Bipin Rajendran ([Email Address Removed]). Details are available at https://www.kcl.ac.uk/study/postgraduate/apply/research-courses.

The selection process will involve a pre-selection on documents, if selected this will be followed by an invitation to an interview. If successful at the interview, an offer will be provided in due time.
