Dr Barbara Bravi  Applications accepted all year round  Competition Funded PhD Project (Students Worldwide)

About the Project

About the project: The project will focus on one of the main research themes: 1. Dynamical modelling and inference in complex networks, such as protein reaction networks, in particular to tackle the problem of network reconstruction for intracellular signalling and regulation; 2.Statistical inference approaches to the characterization of protein-protein binding mechanisms underlying the specificity of immune responses.

The work will involve method/model development with systematic applications to biological datasets, e.g. intra-cellular networks of biochemical reactions and/or sequencing data mapping immune responses.

We welcome in particular students from underrepresented groups and it’s our priority to create an environment that promotes well-being and personal fulfilment.
