Cell cycle regulation in Arabidopsis

About the Project

Plant growth is tightly controlled by environmental factors. We investigate how these stress and growth stimulatory factors regulate plant growth and cell cycle. The key issues we address are:
How auxin regulate the cell cycle through the E2F-RB pathway. 2. Stem cell functions in root meristems regulated by the E2F-RB pathway. 3. Mitogen activated protein kinase signalling, systems biology approaches. 4. PDK1 signalling pathway, an environmental sensor on cortical microtubules. 5. Regulation of plant growth by S6K signalling.
