About the Project

Proposed Training:
The project will provide advanced technical training in the optimisation of deep neural networks for computerised medical image analysis to transform current clinical approaches lo image-based biomarker discovery. The HDR and PD will be embedded al RPA to understand the clinicians' diagnostic workflows. They will witness the processes of ongoing clinical trials, learning to translate computer science algorithms lo usable clinical software.

Proposed Outcomes:
We will produce new computerised image segmentation techniques that will improve diagnostic processes (addressing RT1) by allowing automated localisation and biomarker analysis of the anatomical defect sites.

Application procedure:
Please discuss project with applicable academic for further information.
Please state the project in the subject line of your email.
