About the Project

This research seeks to explore the growing use of artificial intelligence (AI) in international business. The exploration looks specifically at how AI is used for business model innovation in organizations that seek to compete, grow beyond its borders, expanding in the global market. Our focus is on AI as a wider decision-making ability for key decisions about how a company creates, captures and delivers value under the influence of intercultural differences. This initiative seeks a better understanding that might help decision makers in companies to act on the tremendous opportunity from the combination of human and machine intelligence at the same time with an eye on new ethical challenges that arise.
