Sport gives athletes the chance to be the best that they can be. According to the Olympic creed “The most important thing is not to win but to take part, just as the most important thing in life is not the triumph but the struggle. The essential thing is not to have conquered but to have fought well”. Doping by athletes contravenes this creed. Identifying athletes who cheat and use performance enhancers i sport is important to promote fair play and keep sport true to the moral standards of the great Olympians.
The aim of the project is to develop and evaluate lie detection methods to identify cheating by athletes.
