Project Description
Relevance search is an important part of e-commerce site, which is widely applied in our daily life. Learning to rank algorithms are currently one of the hot relevance research issues. However, the following questions are urgently needed for relevance search: (1) how to design a more efficient and scalable offline learn to rank algorithms; (2) how to combine the semantic information of the image and the text of the objects to achieve a more accurate relevance search; and (3) how to design an online learn to rank algorithms to reflect changes in the real-time search. In order to satisfy the requirements of the relevance search, we will explore the efficient offline learning to rank algorithms, learning to rank with the deep semantic of image and text and real-time online learning to rank algorithms. The successful accomplishment of the project will enrich and develop the theoretical and application research on learning to rank, as well as improve effectively.
