About the Project

Abstract:

Healthcare professionals are in the best position to speak to people about their vaccination decisions. However they can face difficulties correcting misconceptions that people hold about vaccines, often fuelled by misinformation. This MScR project will be part of the wider JITSUVAX programme that aims to help healthcare professionals fight misinformation around vaccines and communicate better with patients. More information about JITSUVAX can be found here: https://sks.to/jitsuvax. The MScR project will use qualitative methodology to explore the teaching of vaccine communication in immunisation training settings within the National Health Service (NHS).
