Prof Giulio Cerullo, Dr M Maiuri  No more applications being accepted  Funded PhD Project (Students Worldwide)

About the Project

One PhD student will be recruited by the Department of Physics, Politecnico di Milano (Italy) in the framework of the MSCA ITN project MUSIQ (https://www.musiq-etn.eu/). The task of the student is to perform experimental work on advanced time-resolved spectroscopy of organic systems. Specifically, he/she will apply two-dimensional electronic spectroscopy to the study of quantum coherent effects in artificial light-harvesting systems, and compare the results to theoretical models. The student will exploit ultrafast spectroscopy setups in the visible and near infrared with sub-20-fs time resolution.
