About the Project

AiRPaDD (https://airpadd.eu/) will contribute to the sustainable development of European pharmaceutical industries by delivering an ambitious doctoral training programme that draws on expertise from industry and academia.

Borylated enamines represent attractive scaffolds as they are densely functionalised olefins with the opportunity to elaborate in an orthogonal manner. Despite the potential of this motif, it remains relatively unexplore

Recruiting institutions: University of Sheffield (UK) & ASTRAZENECA (SE)

Enrollment in Doctoral degree at: USFD (UK)

Duration of full-time contract: 36 months

This PhD program will consist of an 18 month period of research in academia - USFD (UK) - and 18 months in industry - AstraZeneca (Sweden) -.

Envisioned start day: September-November 2023
