About the Project
Our preliminary studies have demonstrated that the mechanism of action of erogorgianene on mycobacteria is fundamentally different from that of the existing medicinal drugs used in clinical practice. Therefore, the project will involve development of new synthetic routes towards analogues of the active substances accompanied by screening of the new compounds for antibacterial activity
Entry requirementsA relevant master's degree. Experience in one or more of the following will be an advantage: synthesis of natural products, synthetic methodology development.
