About the Project

Proposed Training:
One HDR will learn multidisciplinary skills in developing computational models and applying them to scaffold design, fabricating and testing the scaffolds, and using the results to optimise the design loop. The HDR will work with Allegra to apply the technology to existing bone substitutes and acquire experience in
commercialisation.

Proposed Outcomes:
We will produce an optimised architecture for bone scaffolds to replace the conventional architecture. This will improve implant design and produce bone substitutes with enhanced bioactivity and strength to achieve the best possible tissue reqeneration.

Application procedure:
Please discuss project with applicable academic for further information.
Please state the project in the subject line of your email.
