PhD in Chemistry: Organic Electrochemistry
About the Project
Applications are invited for a fully funded 3-year PhD position in synthetic organic chemistry. The research is concerned with the development of novel electrochemical methods for organic synthesis involving flow chemistry methods. The prospect of new reactions to be carried out in flow will be enabled by inline monitoring of the reactions and a fine-tuning of reaction conditions through an automated flow synthesis system.
Highly motivated candidates enjoying research in a team and with a very good background in experimental organic synthesis are encouraged to apply.
