PHD Position: monitoring packaged poultry using Hyperspectral Imaging

We currently have a PhD position for a motivated student to work with our research group on an exciting new project funded by the Irish Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine under the The Food Institutional Research Measure (FIRM). The student will be working on the monitoring of packaged poultry using Hyperspectral Imaging. We are seeking a student with a BSc/ MSc in Medical / Food/ General Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology or related discipline. Students should have a 2H1 or higher to qualify for this post.
