About the Project

PhD positions available to conduct research in Scalable, Flexible, and Dependable Architecture Design for Heterogeneous Internet of Things at the Network Science Lab, ECE Department, University of Massachusetts Amherst. In particular, the research includes the application of AI and optimization techniques for network-level design of future heterogeneous IoT systems and resource management schemes.

Qualifications:
1) The candidates must have a strong background and interest in wireless networks and advanced tools for their analysis and design. Evidence of projects applying machine learning is a plus. 2) Experience with Matlab and Python. It is expected that missing skills will be proactively improved.
