Researching Work Teams with Incomplete Data
Investigating how teams work together to produce outcomes is an important part of work psychology or organisational behaviour research. However, there are several difficulties with conducting research of this type, including the access to appropriate data. This project will explore how accurate conclusions about work teams can be when researchers only have data about some team members, using a combination of statistical simulations and secondary data analysis. It would suit a psychologist or organisational researcher with a particular interest in quantitative methods and statistics.
