Prof R O'Reilly  Applications accepted all year round  Funded PhD Project (European/UK Students Only)

About the Project

A PhD studentship is available from October 2018 in the group led by Professor Rachel O’Reilly studying the synthesis of novel responsive polymers and their subsequent self-assembly. The project will involve significant organic synthesis and established polymer synthesis as well as extensive polymer and materials characterisation.
Applicants should have (or be about to receive) an honours degree (at least II.1 or equivalent and a Masters degree is preferred) in chemistry, or other relevant discipline, and should have experience with organic and/or polymer synthesis and characterization.

Funding Notes

This studentship only provides funding for UK/EU students and funding is provided for 3.5 years.
