Patient-reported outcome (PRO), such as symptoms and quality of life (QOL), are increasingly collected in research and routine clinical practice. We propose to explore how artificial intelligence can be used to analyse patient reported outcome data, to provide valuable insights regarding disease trajectory, early diagnosis, patient risk stratification, earlier clinical intervention and improved outcomes for patients.
Person Specification Applicants should have experience in patient reported outcomes research, and ideally a background in health informatics and or statistics. They should hold or realistically expect to obtain at least an Upper Second Class Honours Degree in life sciences research, computer science or health informatics.
