About the Project

This project will look to undertake

The PhD will include the following elements; (1) an integrative review of past interventions for health care professionals who have suffered burnout. (2) a in –depth qualitative study looking at the common experiences of burn out and causes (3) a qualitative study using vignette of the most common stories from HCPs to consider the reaction of health care professionals to the experience (4) The development and feasibility testing of a novel/storytelling intervention.
