About the Project

In an upcoming research project, we will investigate how to use wireless communication in cyber-phyiscal systems. In particular, we will look at the interaction of a wireless resource management system and a controller entity for the actual sensor/actuator system. Our goal is to improve control performance for controllers that work over a wireless communication link here the resources have to be carefully assigned to competing controllers all using the same wireless resources.

To qualify for this position, you must have a very good understanding of wireless system concepts. You should also have a solid understanding of algorithmic concepts of resource management and optimisation techniques.

Funding Notes

You need to hold a Master Degree (or similar) in computer science or a related science (e.g., computer engineering). You must have good proficiency in English.
