About the Project

Gender equality and health and wellbeing are both areas of global importance. Each has been included as a UN Sustainability Development Goal, with the aim of achieving a more sustainable future for all. Women’s reproductive health rights are a social justice issue and a denial of these rights causes various social, health and psychological implications.   We are interested in supervising qualitative projects on a range of topics broadly related to women’s reproductive health rights both in Australia and within a global context, including but not limited to, topics such as:  • Control over reproductive health and its impact on mental health and wellbeing • Legal and social inequalities in reproductive health services • Reproductive coercion

Project Keywords: reproductive health rights, gender inequality, women's rights
