About the Programme

Overview:
Are you interested in innovation and research?

This PhD project will explore the psychological processes underlying entrepreneurial behaviour and topics related to online user behaviour.

This studentship is available to someone with a strong background and a research focus in innovation, research and enterprise. Given the scope of the endowment, the Business School is primarily interested in sponsoring a student who has an interest in social enterprise and regional innovation although other topics may also potentially be of interest.

The Goldman endowment to Newcastle University Business School was established in 2001 to commemorate the life and work of David Goldman, founder and Chief Executive of the North East's iconic software company, the Sage Group plc. David Goldman had played a leading role in transforming the economic fortunes of the North East region.
