About the Programme

OVERVIEW
Modern History is a dynamic and growing research area at Queen's, with additional appointments adding to our strength in intellectual and religious history, modern Ireland, modern Britain and its empire, the United States and twentieth-century Europe.

We have invested in key electronic resources for history (including EEBO, ECCO, HCPP and The Times and The Irish Times Digital Archives) and occupy a new purpose-built library with growing archival holdings.
