About the Project

This opportunity will remain open until a suitable candidate has been found.

To develop an effective HR system, one of the key issues is to understand how employees make sense of HR policies and regulations. This project shifts the HR research focus from employers’ perspective to employees’ perspective and investigates how HR system interacts with individual and team characteristics in influencing employee/team performance. The findings of this project will help HR professionals build a strong HR system to facilitate organizational performance.
