About the Project

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic nurse or Allied Health Professional, committed to patient focused and evidence based care. You will work in the Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust whilst undertaking a PhD in with the University of Southampton.

The focus of the research is exploring the facilitation of effective self-management approaches for older people with frailty living in the community.
