About the Project

It appears that the UK is on course to leave the EU. Views differ regarding the implications of Brexit for employment relations. This project will examine how employers in different sectors of the UK economy are preparing for Brexit and the consequences for employment relations. Students might choose to focus on, for example, the location strategies of MNCs or the labour supply strategies of firms that employ migrant workers.
