About the Project

We are seeking PhD students interesting in exploring reciprocal relationships between work conditions (e.g. characteristics, events, the psychological contract, contexts, being in work) psychological well-being/affect (e.g. emotion, moods, ’stress’, satisfaction, engagement, disengagement) and behaviours (e.g. pro- and anti-social behaviour, withdrawal and withdrawal of effort, job crafting) over time.
