Dr Anil Bharath  No more applications being accepted  Competition Funded PhD Project (European/UK Students Only)

About the Project

We are currently seeking applicants interested in pursuing a PhD in the design and training of deep architectures/deep learning for numerous applications, including several areas of biomedical imaging. We are particularly interested in candidates with a first degree or MSc in engineering, physics or computer science. Candidates with experience in machine learning are particularly welcome to apply.

Funding Notes

Due to the nature of our funding, we can only consider candidates with UK/EU status at present. If awarded, the funding covers tuition fees and a stipend at standard research council rate for 3 years (e.g. £16,296 for 2016-17). Non-EU applicants can apply but will be required to show evidence that the difference between the overseas fees and UK/EU fees will covered by other sources.
