About the Project

The Yorkshire & Humber region has rich healthcare informatics resources in primary and secondary care. Analyses and mining of these data sources is key to generating new knowledge to address healthcare problems.

The successful candidate will:
Explore the use of physiological data to identify quality of care or patient safety concerns or to develop predictive analytics
Use primary care data to determine if medication changes are optimal for complex patients (eg patients with heart failure).
Use linked data from primary care and the Born in Bradford (http://www.borninbradford.nhs.uk/) birth cohort study to obtain novel insights into health resource use.

Where will I study?
