We are seeking to recruit to the final studentship on our EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Regenerative Medicine, to join the University of Manchester from September 2016.
The CDT offers cutting-edge multidisciplinary training in bioengineering, stem cells, extracellular matrix, inflammation biology and clinical translation. Our programme involves more than 50 leading research groups across the Faculties of Life Sciences, Engineering and Physical Sciences, and Medical and Human Sciences.
The 4 Year programme will begin with 6 months formal training, with lectures, enquiry-based learning modules and mini lab projects. Students will then progress on to their chosen PhD project, and will have opportunities to extend their skills training by undertaking an industrial training placement and/or an international exchange.
We welcome applications from those who hold or are expected to obtain at least an Upper Second Class honours degree in a relevant subject area. The studentships provide full funding for UK and eligible EU students; please see the website for more details.
For further information about the programme and how to apply see https://www.regenmedcdt.manchester.ac.uk/
Applications should be submitted before Friday 8 April 2016.
Interviews will be held in Manchester.
